This little penthouse is currently asking for expressions of interest on the market for around $8-10 Million Big Ones!



I like this room, I particularly like the fact, that despite this apartment being a $10 Million penthouse, it has a simple timber bookshelf for photos. I find that really classy, much more so than an expensive marble built in etc...



I wonder how hot these rooms get in summer (specially Sydney's summers!)... I guess it doesn't matter, you'd just turn on the cooling!

Another Potts Point stunner!

The last home I showcased in Potts Point was also a classical, beautifully style home. I actually listed that home under "style" whereas this home takes me more as "eclectic" -

Firstly, let me say that when I searched NSW properties for sale over $5 Million, there were over 200 results - wow! That's a lot if you ask me, but there you go... prices just keep going up!

This property is currently asking around $5 Million Big Ones and is a gorgeously styled apartment with city and water views (but not classed a penthouse). It was formerly a 3 bedroom unit, renovated to a 2 bedroom unit, in it's current form. Very nicely done indeed!



I felt overall the style of this apartment, architecturally and decor design, this apartment was not quite minimalistic, but def refined...



Obviously, the Master Bedroom used to be two bedrooms, and the current owner took out the wall to make one large master bed (with a retreat), great idea for an apartment.
