Opinions on this Chandelier?

I was flipping through a Pottery Barn catalog I got in the mail today and came across this fixture that I am not sure how I feel about.  Okay after looking at it for a little longer, I do know how I feel about it, but I wanted to see what you think about it, do you love it or hate it?
